Seeking a Consistent Experience

Reflexology research has largely been conducted by studying the effects of repeated sessions over time in participant groups.

In practice, clients report positive experiences with consistent scheduling. Some clients choose to begin with sessions closer together and gradually increase the time between visits as they feel the effects of each session lasting longer.

The following scheduling options are thoughtfully designed to support a consistent reflexology experience while leaving you free to choose what feels right for you.

How It Works

The Scheduling Incentive Program is managed by Balance Point Reflexology. For the purposes of this program, a qualifying session is a paid and completed 60-minute reflexology session.

No enrollment or action is required on your part.

1. Complete your qualifying sessions

To earn a scheduling incentive, schedule 3 paid 60-minute reflexology sessions within one of the following timeframes:

• Within 30 days → Complimentary session
• Within 60 days → $30 session
• Within 90 days → $55 session

Reasonable rescheduling in accordance with the practice’s cancellation policy will not affect eligibility.

Canceled appointments, no-shows, complimentary sessions, and sessions redeemed using gift certificates do not qualify toward a scheduling incentive.

Each qualifying session may count toward one scheduling incentive only. Once three qualifying sessions have earned a reward, those sessions will not count toward a future reward.

2. Receive your reward

Once the required qualifying sessions have been completed, your applicable reward will be issued.

All rewards must be booked and completed within 30 days of being issued:

• Complimentary session: within 30 days
• $30 session: within 30 days
• $55 session: within 30 days

Rewards expire if not used within the redemption period.

3. General Terms

Scheduling incentives may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Only one reward may be earned from the same group of qualifying sessions. After a reward is earned, the next qualifying session may begin a new qualifying series.

If Balance Point Reflexology is closed for vacation or another planned extended closure, the qualifying period will be extended to account for the time the practice is unavailable.

Scheduling incentives are available only while the program is active and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect rewards that have already been earned.

Scheduling incentives have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Purchase, Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full session fee.
